HOPE CITY RESIDENCY

PREPARING YOUNG LEADERS FOR MINISTRY

The Hope City Residency program is designed to help incorporate passion for ministry and God-given talents in a church ministry context. Hope City Residents will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain experience of working on a dedicated team that feels like family through a 12 month-long (June-May) paid residency

  • Be personally invested in through ministry coaching and discipleship by Hope City staff.

  • Be part of finding solutions to remove barriers for unchurched people to experience Jesus in a way that changes their lives and impacts generations with His hope.

  • Take ownership of the mission of Hope City both inside and outside your specific ministry role.

  • Participate in Hope City all-staff gatherings, leadership developments and outings throughout your residency.

  • Develop as a leader through hands-on ministry experience among other residents.
